Legal
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing an order
you have represented to Vins Rare that you are at least 21 years of age. All wines
delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.
All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. Vins
Rare makes no claims or representations concerning the laws in other states regarding
shipping or importation of wine - the buyer assumes all risk.
Shipping
We use FedEx for all of our shipping needs. We are conscious
of the weather and every effort is made to ship your order during the week so that
it is not sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. If you have any special shipping
requests or your shipment is time sensitive please indicate at the time of your
order.
Cancellations
We will impose a 10% re-stocking fee on any canceled
order.
Privacy
Vins Rare holds the highest respect for it's customers
and guarantees our firm commitment to your privacy. We do not sell any of the information
provided by you to any other institutions. By creating a customer profile you will
be automatically added to our email list and will receive periodic updates of new
wines we are currently offering. To be removed at any time from our email list,
please use the unsubscribe link contained in any of our marketing emails.
Pre Arrival
Wines listed as Pre Arrival are not currently in stock. Payment
is due at time of order. A confirmation invoice will be mailed to you as proof of
purchase with an expected arrival date. We will notify you once the wine is ready
for shipment.
As most of our wines are sourced in Europe, we make no guarantees
with regards to arrival/ship dates. Too many factors come into play for us to
guarantee a specific arrival date prior to our physical receipt of the wine in our
temperature controlled facility.
