Soft wood frames the white orchard fruit, floral and rosemary resin aromas. There is good richness and volume to the concentrated and appealingly intense medium-bodied flavors that are succulent but vibrant, particularly on the mouth coating, balanced and impressively persistent finish for a villages level wine. This is one of those wines that could easily be enjoyed now but I would suggest that a few years of cellaring will allow the oak to become more completely integrated as well as developing more depth.
