An airy, even perfumed nose of flowers, lemon peel and ripe peach merges into exceptionally pure and racy middle weight flavors that are detailed, focused and persistent, all wrapped in a mineral-infused finish that possesses excellent balance. I was a bit surprised at how forward this was for a young Folatières though the agreeably dry finish tightens up quickly. Burghound 91 - Outstanding!
