Burghound, April 2007
The aromatic spectrum of ripe fruit
aromas is quite similar to that of the Teurons but here they are slightly
cooler and more reserved still with rich, sweet and a touch less structured
flavors supported by suave, indeed round tannins and fine length.

Dark red. Wild aromas of black cherry,
leather and meat; there's something almost Cote de Nuits-like about this.
Sweet, dense and concentrated, with a supple texture but also good inner-mouth
energy. Shows an intriguing smoky character. Finishes fat, suave and
long, with fine-grained tannins. 89-91 points |
