Burghound Tasting note: More subtle though not invisible oak does not interfere with the high-toned
white orchard fruit aromas, particularly peach and pear, that introduce
precise and pungently mineral flavors that culminate in a racy, detailed
and precise finish that has terrific cut and real vibrancy. Impressive

Dense on entry, then fat and full in the middle palate, with strong minerality lending shape and verve to the ripe flavor of sauteed pineapple.
