Tasting note: I was a bit surprised to find a bit more wood influence though it does not dominate the otherwise elegant and highly complex aromas that include green apple, spice and pear notes. This is classy juice with slightly more refined flavors that offer notable purity of expression and fine finishing length. There is a slight tang on the finish though this will round out with a few years in bottle. Burghound 91
