Even riper though again, this stops well short of surmaturité with intense crushed black fruit aromas preceding racier and more precise flavors blessed with a mineral-infused, very fresh and sweet finish. As with the Caillerets, this is exquisitely balanced and curiously for such a ripe wine, there is a most attractive reserved coolness to it. Stylish in every respect and this is quite simply a gorgeous wine and highly recommended. 92/2008-20
